Estrogen drop: For some women, drop in estrogen levels e.G just before menses can trigger headache. One important point is is this headache associated with vascular effects like weakness in arm or leg, visual changes..Etc. Women with these effects should be careful with estrogen treatment. Medication for headache should concentrate on these time of estrogen fluctuation.
