Took advil and had a day of extreme stress. that night after eating felt very full, then started getting a gnawing pain in stomach and burping.went away then came back after eating. better 4 days later. is this likely acute gastritis?

Possibly: You may have had an episode of gastritis which may have been caused by Advil, stress or dietary indiscretions. Apparently any significant inflammation has subsided at this time.
