Left facial pain: If the pain is associated with a fever or colored drainage, them you may be developing a sinus infection. You may need to see your internist or nearest ent doctor. Otherwise irrigate the nose with saline 1 tsp salt to one quart or water. 50 cc each nostril 4 to 5 times a day. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for pain. Good luck and feel better.
