It depends....: Weight is not an independent variable. Are your parents small also? How tall are you? Weight is not the problem necessarily but overall balanced health is. You need to eat plenty of healthy food and exercise regularly. This will help insure you remain healthy. If you are worried that you may have an illness see your doctor just to be sure.
