Take it late.: It is best to take it around the same time each day, but if you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If you don't, you are likely to develop discontinuation symptoms by the time the next morning comes around.

What's the best time of day to take Sertraline ?

Sertraline: It can be taken any time of day - but best to try to take it the same time each day. If you feel drowsy with it - take it at night. If you feel more awake- take it in am. If you have GI upset - take it with food. Keep your doctor informed of any drug side effects that you experience. Take care.
