What will happen if i take sertraline late by a few hours? is it best to take as soon as i remember or miss the dose completely till next day?

Take it late.: It is best to take it around the same time each day, but if you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If you don't, you are likely to develop discontinuation symptoms by the time the next morning comes around.
