I am 25 years of age. and up until my last gyno appt, she told me my cervix is tilted. and hasnt been and just tilted recently. why is that?

Retro verted uterus: The uterus is not going to tilt overnight. It probably was like that the previous years also, but it was not mentioned. Also it could have been some changes as you grow older and part of the molding with growing.
