I put a condom on the right way but forgot to get rid of air bubble so i took it off, rolled it back up then put it on!was i wrong to do this?

No: That was fine. There should be no problem at all. I am glad you are being responsible by using a condom.

Iffy: One could make the point since you had the condom on, some of the pre-cum could have spilled onto the inner surface of the condom, and while you were manipulating the condom made its way to the outside - potentially with sperm in it - and potentially getting your partner pregnant.
