Food Labels: Lowering your sugar intake is really the only way to accomplish what you need. Eliminate simple sugars from your diet. Read labels, and if it has a bunch of sugar in it - don't eat it. Limit fruits to just a few servings a day, and load up on vegetables. Juices and soda (diet or regular) should no longer be a part of your life.
