Had septoplasty today throat is scratched from intubation, it hurts a lot taking adasol 30 every 4hrs, doesn't help, what can i use for throat pain?

Sore throat: Over the counter menthol cough drops. Over the counter throat spray. Tincture of time. Throat pain will subside in a few days in most cases( less than two weeks) .
