Sick for 2 weeks, sore throat headache congested runny nose body aches, was feeling some better, now it's all back full on. could it be something new?

Yes: during the viral season--you can have multiple infections going on----a secondary bacterial infection is quite common or you may get over one viral infection and then get a new one------if you are have fever,headache and cough with above symptoms---think the FLU
