Ask your DR: . Sounds like you have already had extensive GI exams and tests. You may have anal irritation/ fissure/ hemorrhoids. Fecal soiling, diarrhea, constipation may be factors. Whenever you have a BM or fart, clean the area with soft bathroom paper using a lotion such as Aveeno (oatmeal) or Eucerin. Whenever it feels wet or itchy or sore, use the lotion with soft paper or kleenex. Clean outside + inside. Avoid sc
