A member asked:

If no hiv then why shooting pain and swoolen lymph nodes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

We can't answer: You haven't given us much to work with. HIV doesn't announce itself as shooting pains. In a single area, it's likely to be something impinging on a nerve. If several areas, it's a neuropathy workup. Anybody can get swollen lymph nodes for no reason whatever. Any physicain can begin the workup for nerve pain. Best wishes.
