Possibly...: Acute retroviral syndrome (ARS, i.e. symptoms from a new HIV infection) can include enlarged lymph nodes. However, that''s usually not the only symptom -- usually also sore throat, fever, skin rash. The vast majority of people with newly enlarged lymph nodes do not have HIV. Check with your doctor and/or get tested for HIV if exposed or concerned.
