Back problems: These symptoms are usually self-limited and should resolve with conservative treatment, including heat or ice, anti-inflammatory medications, muscle relaxants, daily stretching and walking. If this has been going on longer than 6-8 weeks see your doctor to make sure there isn't something more serious going on.
