A member asked:

Is it possible to have wbc 0-5 and 90,000-100,000 cfu/ml enterococcus faecalis in urin? wouldnt the body have started the fight?

Possible.: Urine does not tell me about whether the body is fighting or not. In fact does not tell me if you are infected or not. Urine samples are difficult to collect and to calibrate. If you have symptoms of a urinary tract infection this lab would support infection and you should be treated. If you do not have symptoms I would suggest waiting and watching might be the best strategy.
