TRY A LIGHT DIET, ADEQUATE FLUID INTAKE, FLAT ROOM TEMPERATURE GINGER ALE , AND TAKE TYLENOL (acetaminophen). IF ABDOMINAL PAIN AND TENDERNESS, VOMITING,HIGH FEVER DEVELOP, GET EXAMINED BY A PHYSICIAN.

Tough to say: without being able to evaluate you in person. A sudden onset terrible headache and vomiting is reason to see a physician emergently.
