How can you distinguish a regular headache from one that will later be accompanied with vomiting?

Migraine headache: Headaches with vomiting are often migraine headaches which are sometimes preceded by an "aura " e.g. Zigzag colored lights in the eyes etc. Migraines tend to be similar each time and the headache often is on one side of the head. See your doctor about an examination to determine what kind of headaches you are having and learn the proper treatment.
