Not feasible to be precise as information is far too scanty, but if the headache and vomiting are truly cause and effect, migraine could be considered, but if happening over 1 or 2 days, other entities such as viral meningitis, COVID-19, and other infections may be more likely answers. So, see your doctor and get this evaluated.
