Maybe 2 - 3 weeks ago i took a hard fall on my knee, it's bruised up. bruises are gone but my knee is numb now, the numbness is starting to grow?

See your doctor: Numbness in the knee following a fall could indicate nerve damage. You should go see your doctor to be examined to see if this is the case - as some nerve injuries can lead to permanent damage if not cared for correctly.
