went to the er with chest and entire back pain. ekg fine. blood tests fine. said "i don't know what's wrong." worried it's cancer or heart problems. ?

Likely neither: It is not likely that you have heart disease or cancer. However, ER is not the right place for continuing healthcare. Please find a primary care provider and follow her/his advise about diet, exercise and healthy habits. Do not use tobacco or alcohol.
