Yes!: There are too many sources to list - but only some will be helpful to you. Browse in library and online but remember this: The range of this Dx is huge! For that reason it's often not a useful one. You'll understand when you start reading. You can be pretty okay or very disturbed, only down or up and down. Just happy or raging in the ups. You're still more YOU than BiPolar. Ask your therapist.
