No: After 40 yrs. eye lens becomes hard and does not focus so u need glasses. it is normal aging process. u do not need any special care. it won't come back.

Reading glasses: It is true that as we get older many of need reading glasses. It is important to see an eye doctor for an exam every year or two. It is good to wear sunglasses when out in bright sun to protect your eyes.
