Depends on your goal: Recommendation for healthy lifestyle is at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity five times per week. One hour per day is plenty if you are taking a class. Weekly goals.: You don't have to exercise every day, and in fact, you need to let your body recover from time to time. Try 20 - 30 minutes of moderately intense exercise a day, 4 or 5 times each week. Make sure you consult your physician before starting a new exercise regiment.

Walk every chance: Truck drivers have a hard time finding healthy food and getting enough exercise. Stop every 2-3 hours, walk for 10-30 minutes (even if it's only around your rig) and do stretches to keep the blood moving. Get some exercise bands for strength training. Some trucking companies have wellness programs for drivers on the road. Also cut down on fried food and portion sizes if you need to lose weight.
