Can a goiter go away on its own? i just had gastric sleeve wondering if i will require another surgery for this goiter or will it regulate?

Unlikely: If it is truly a goiter and not just the appearance of a goiter, then gastric sleeve will not get it to go away. A goiter does not need surgical removal unless it has large growths in it or if it is causing compressive symptoms.
