Talk with your doc!: Please tell your doctor you're having this trouble -- it can be a symptom of too much thyroid hormone being replaced after your surgery. Or also, several other possible causes. Your doctor would want to know, so that thyroid hormone tests can be drawn and any appropriate referrals made if needed. Help is possible. Speak up to your doctor.

Check out your level: Please be sure to have your thyroid hormone levels checked again. Maybe they are off and affecting your sleep. Otherwise, i can't explain any other reason for the surgery to affect your sleep this far out afterwards. Even when your levels are "normal", if you continue to not feel right, find an endocrinologist who will work with you until you feel right. Sometimes a medication switch is needed.
