A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe max'd already: Most people reach maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is mostly based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. Check on one's growth chart at the pediatrician's office for the past 2 years' check-ups.
