Healing: Canker sores are small, shallow ulcers that appear in the mouth and often make eating and talking uncomfortable. The lesions have no particular origin but when secondarily infected can cause nodal involvement in the neck. They all heal spontaneously and if nodes are enlarged, they will begin to subside in the healing process.
