No: Swollen lymph nodes result from an infection. Canker sores are not due to infection. However, ulcers that look like canker sores may be due to a viral infection. Canker sores heal spontaneously in 7-10 days. If you have any sore that does not heal in 7-10 days, you need to have it examined. See your dentist.
