No: Baby teeth can erupt in various orders depending on genetics. Usually the lower center teeth are first then the upper centrals at around age 6-9 months. Ask your general dentist at what age they like to first see an infant. When I saw children, I liked to have them come & lay on mom or dad's belly while I cleaned their teeth & would "take a peek" at about 1 year and get them used to the sounds.

Genetics: Eruption of primary teeth and secondary teeth is genetically determined, and there really is not much one can do about teeth in a seven month old other than keep them clean with a soft cloth and do not let the child go to sleep with a bottle containing anything other than water. As the child grows and starts to see his/her dentist, the evaluation will begin.
