variety - see below: Tuberculosis, cancer, lupus, behcet syndrome can all produce persistent ulcers. Needs oral surgeon evaluation asap.

Tongue ulcer: There are many reasons for this lesion but 2 months? Seek out professional help immediately an oral surgeon would be best.
