Function is measure: In disability hearings, diagnoses such as lupus mean little, the focus is how it affects affects you and impedes your ability for gainful employment. The standard is your ability to work in a call center, sitting, answering phones with a headset, and inputting information into a keyboard.

Legal question: i take it that you're claiming disability due to lupus, and need to show evidence of lupus-related disability within four days, and you cannot get that evidence that soon from your doctor.Ask your lawyer if you can get extension from court, or (if not) if you can withdraw the case without prejudice (that means there would be no down-side of withdrawal). If you've no lawyer, perhap soc sec adviser.
