Yes: its the fat that you have in your diet. It can be saturated, or unsaturated. Unsaturated is healthier. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature and they should not be more than 10% of the calories in your diet. Dietary fat, should not comprise more than 30% of the total daily calories from fat.
