Never heard: of classes of eicosanoids and my PhD is in a related field and I taught inflammation to medical students. I'm assuming PROSTAGLANDINS because those are the only ones we care about. Unsaturated oils. Omega 3 and olive. Especially omega 3 because they are metabolized to the heart healthy prostaglandins. Flax oil, deep sea fish are sources.
