Dosing Choices: Omeprazole is generally accepted to be a 24-hour medication. Some physicians, though, when choosing to start their patients on 40mg will elect to have the patient take one 20mg dose in the morning and the other at night to theoretically keep blood levels more stable.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
