Taking pill over a year. a lot of bleeding on washout week. need to change pad every 1-2 hr. had long irr bleeding since summer. how can i stop this?

Change pills: If you are taking your pills at the same time everyday and still having irregular bleeding and heavy periods, something is wrong. It could be that this is not the right pill for you, you have fibroids or polyps, you have an infection, or you need a different method of contraception but you need to be seen to get this looked in to.
