Skin and pregnancy: Its common during pregnancy to get some skin changes due to the hormones, this may be one of them. Try a very small amount of over the counter hydrocortisone cream to the area, it should get rid of it. Again let me emphasize to use a small amount and don't use this too often the eyes are a sensitive area.
