Just hydrate!: I think the company Camelback had an advertisement that said, "Hydrate or die". While that may sound over the top, it does point to the importance of drinking fluids. 6-8 glasses of fluid (doesn't have to be water, but water is the healthiest) is a good goal. If your urine is still cloudy, then your doctor can order a urine microscopy test to determine what is causing the cloudiness.
