Highly unusual: I recommend strongly seeing a dermatologist about this. Sex hormones do not cause eczema, but I suppose cyclic changes could exacerbate a hypersensitivity; unusual though. Regardless, it's a skin condition I'd start with a dermatologist. Good wishes.
