Emergency room STAT: Assuming this is an intentional overdose, please please call the prescriber or go to the emergency room immediately and tell them what has happened. Even if you were to have no side effects or adverse consequences to taking this high a dose, the forces that drove you to do it are still in play, and may drive you to other potentially lethal activities.

Zoloft (sertraline) OD call 911: The maximum dose is 200 mg/day. Do not take more of this medication than is recommended. An overdose of Zoloft (sertraline) can damage your liver or cause serious health problems and death. Call 911 for help!.
