Yes drug interreact: Good part you 'feel amazing' , it is known to cause drug inter reaction, potentiates the effects on autonomic system. In you condition it good to feel amazingly good but you have to bring to the attention of your doctor , that you are on zoloft (sertraline) , then decide to continue under observation or to discontinue duromine ( you need zoloft (sertraline) ) switch to some thing else
