Probably: The temporal artery is there but is not usually visible. If so, there could be an aneurysm or other vascular abnormality. Probably a good idea to have it checked.

Pulsing artery: You can see the Doctor at 21 for a general check up and exam. A pulsing artery is most likely a normal variant and some people anatomically have arteries closer to the skin that can be palpable and visible when pulsing, sometimes, especially if exercising or stressed and your BP is elevated, etc.

Temporal Artery: What you are describing is the temporal artery. There is one on either side of the forehead and in some individuals it is clearly seen and easily palpable. This is a normal finding in many people depending on genetics age and type of skin. There is no need to see a doctor about this unless you very worried about it.
