Vein: Probably have not noticed it before but it should be perfectly normal.If it is pulsating it is arterial

Artery: This is an artery - that is why you feel a pulse in it.This is normal and I suspect is related to your genetics. Your physician has evaluated you. Why you did not have it visible before is uncertain.
