Growing pains: The leg pain is probable associated with growing pains, which is an achy feeling associated with the growth of long bones. This is common in children. The other symptoms need to be evaluated by his doctor. Your son needs a full work up with labs and an EKG as well as a full history and physical exam. Hope he feels better soon
