Kudos fot getting to: step 1. Next, see your primary care doctor for a thorough physical exam & any needed lab studies. Ask for a referral to a psychiatrist & psychologist. If you do have BPD or any other neuropsychiatric disorder, there's a good chance that consistent treatment with medications + therapy will help you. Also, seek couples counseling. It's up to you to do the work to get healthy & stay healthy.
