If...: If MRI was normal the the possibilities this is related to a brain tumor are small although I would need to know more details of your evaluation and look at the report in order to give a final opinion . If you haven't then you should visit a Neurologist due to persistent symptoms.

Get in: If you are dizzy and balance is off, you probably have vertigo. This can be serious, but usually is not. It is unlikely you have a tumor if you had a normal MRI 6 months ago. You need to get into see you physician to have this evaluated. Good luck.
