Gall bladder?: Pain from gall stones usually occurs after eating, especially fatty foods. Attach ulcers are usually more painful on an empty stomach. Gall bladder is usually the upper right pin under ribs around to side. I would eat a low fat diet and take some Zantac until you see your doctor. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help as well.
