Pelvic pain: The pain would likely not go away if it was fractured. More likely, you may be having a problem with your hip joint, the SI (Sacro-iliac) joint, or even possibly an impingement or radiculopathy of your lumbo-sacral spine/the nerves around your spine. But you should see an orthopedic surgeon to be fully evaluated
