Depends on how: you take them. If you take much in the way of caffeine the benefits are quite obvious as to reduced caffeine and blood pressure comes down as does heart rate. Less stomach upset. Most people drinking pop will use the regular and not diet and each 12 oz can puts on about 300 calories. Gas The carbonation will give people gas and this will lessen.
