Probably: traumatic mucosal injury. Try hemorrhoidal cream or suppository and try to avoid hard stool. If it does not heal in a few days, it is time to see a doctor. Ask your doctor to keep the reason for your visit confidential, and I am sure he will be willing to cooperate. It is probably best to avoid anal sex if this caused bleeding.
