Need further assessm: Enlarging lymph nodes can be cancerous especially if there is no fever or pain associated with the enlargement. You need further exams by a specialist (seek Oncology consultation) as a biopsy of the lymph node may be necessary in order to find the cause for enlargement of the lymph nodes??.

Can you normally feel your submandibular lymph nodes? I can feel it on both sides deep under my Jaw and they freely move when I press on them. Not sick and not painful. Can you feel them without being sick? Feel larger than pea sized though. Thanks!
